I no longer get blisters at mile eight!

Thick socks but your feet never seem to get too hot in them! Very comfortable and stay fresh for a fair few runs before they need a wash. Seem to wash well so far without shrinking. Impressed!

At last a pair of socks slim and well fitting enough for me to run in. Great.

Recently got back into running and bought a new pair of shoes, unfortunately every time I went out I had new giant blisters form on my feet that were so bad I couldn’t even walk the next day. Bought a pair of these socks after reading the reviews, and haven’t had any problems since, they really work!

These are comfortable socks for long runs.
Good stretch and fit. Soft but not too thick. A great run sock that stands up to repeated washing without losing any comfort.

I got a few pairs of Balega socks and I can't run without them anymore. One of the main reasons for purchasing them was that I was constantly getting blisters on my right foot whenever I was hitting more than 5kms (this was when wearing regular socks). However, this hasn't happened with Balega socks anymore! Very happy with them.

Honestly, never have I ever had such good socks. I have been buying balega for years and they are perfect for my marathon battered feet. They are also incredible for work in my firefighters boots. Love them

I love all Balega socks but especially these. They don't have the cushioning of other styles but, in my Hokas, they are unbelievably comfortable and supportive. They are very snug (I'm an EU 40 / UK 6.5, size guide says M but I buy S and this is perfect) so no excess sock underneath my feet or around my toes. My max distance currently is around 10k and they are good for this - I'll run longer in them too. These socks tick all the boxes for me
