Returns

Balega accepts returns of all unused products purchased on our site within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information and a brief note that includes your contact information.

Exchanges

Balega offers a one-year warranty on all of our products against manufacturer’s defects. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only. If you have additional questions about our return or warranty policy.
