We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours (business days only). We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays.

- We use Royal Mail 48 hour for our Standard Delivery option. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery of your order.
- Any orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.
- Please note that Next Day delivery may not be available for some remote regions such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to advise you of your options should you have any concerns.
Public holidays
Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. If the delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next working day.
Returns and Exchanges
Balega accepts returns of all products (unused and in their original packaging) purchased on our site within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please send the product to the address below with a brief note that includes your contact information, the order number, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange (for the latter, the products would need to show as available on www.balega.co.uk).
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders
At Balega UK we aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition; however, on the odd occasion, things do go wrong.
