These socks are super comfy, fit my feet really well and don't move in my trainers when running or at the gym. They wick well, look amazing and I'll be adding to the 3 pairs I have already :)

As I progressed with my running, i invested in shoes, watches, earphones, shorts, jackets, hats, etc but neglected what is perhaps one of the most important elements, SOCKS!

With the exception of running shoes, Balega socks have made the most fundamental difference to my training, progression and results.

The difference in comfort and long distance ability was phenomenal. In addition, whereas before I was bruising the occasional toenail or experiencing some chafing, all gone.
