As I progressed with my running, i invested in shoes, watches, earphones, shorts, jackets, hats, etc but neglected what is perhaps one of the most important elements, SOCKS!

With the exception of running shoes, Balega socks have made the most fundamental difference to my training, progression and results.

The difference in comfort and long distance ability was phenomenal. In addition, whereas before I was bruising the occasional toenail or experiencing some chafing, all gone.

A small investment will make a colossal difference.

So comfortable, light compression so feel like your feet are getting a little hug! So comfy, not super thick so don’t feel bulky in my trainers. Perfect length too
