The MB5 massage ball is a medium-size massage ball crafted from premium foam and features a unique layered construction made up of different densities, designed to help manipulate soft tissue and fascia by breaking up adhesions and stimulating blood flow and oxygenation to enhance recovery and easy discomfort. The unique EVA foam surface is quite dense, yet has the ability to compress depending on how the user interacts with it, making it a versatile tool that lets you customise the amount of pressure you're aiming to employ on key muscles.
